• Step 1 : Boot the game
• Step 2 : Enter Wesker's lobby screen
• Step 3 : After waiting for a while, the animation of the Uroboros will break down over time
• Step 4 : Eventually the sound and animation are also out of sync.

As you can see in the video, the animation gradually becomes out of sync as you wait at the Wesker's lobby screen; after 10 minutes, it becomes visibly noticeable, and after 20 minutes, the sound and animation are clearly out of sync.
