Pallet saving is a waste
Power struggle is rarely used because who in their right mind would carrying a survivor through a pallet and trying to request a teammate usually leads to a pallet being wasted and the person still being carried. Plus I've had teammates who try pallet saving when the killer isn't even near the pallet I have more trust in teammates with flashlights then teammates who try saving with pallets.

It’s always worth a try though. You can also just bait the killer away from the downed survivor between the pallet until you or someone else can heal them. I’d rather try that than rely on a flashlight save.
