PC - Error leveling the bloodweb

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Join 'Play as survivor' mode

Step 3 : Purchase perks/items until level up

It gets stuck and after a while it says there was an error with the bloodweb and sends me back do main menu.

It doesn`t happen everytime.
