Missing Items Since Project W Release (Please Help It has been a Whole Month)
I have been missing Items and offerings since Project W release. I submitted a ticket when this happened I got a response and we had a little back and fourth. I thought I was going to get my items but they just stopped responding. I waited for a response for a whole month and got nothing. I opened a new ticket it got merged with my old one, still no response. I opened another ticket merged again, no response. I did it once more, I GOT A RESPONSE. I gave them my player ID then the ticket got merged and no response! I am missing items for David King, Laurie Strode, Ace Visconti, Feng Min, Detective Tapp, Adam Francis, Ashley J. Williams, Nancy Wheeler, Steve Harrington, Jill Valentine, Yoichi Asakawa. I have played DBD for hundreds of hours and I lost all my event items on those survivors. I just want them back and I have tried to submit a ticket but I just get ghosted. I am bringing this to the forms in hopes someone at BHVR will see this. I will provide a screenshot of my inventory for Laurie, most of my survivors just have nothing.
