How exactly are the BP bonuses calculated?

I have noticed pretty much everytime I login to play killer, I see the 100% on survivor and think aww man thisll be a long queue.

I have literally got into a match lobby in 30 seconds many times in this situation. Sometimes less.


Are they leaving it on survivor to make it look like there is a lack of survivors so we dont complain if they make the game heavily survivor sided?

    It means that in specifically your survivor MMR bracket there is a deficit in player independent of you killer MMR bracket.

    At least that's how I understood it. But that would also mean that depending on circumstance people should sometimes also see both sides with or without boni.
