Little advice for ending chases as the Legion
We all know Legion has some problems (I still think it's absurd that staying injured has almost no consequence against them, and makes a perk like Sloppy Butcher useless since they simply won't heal; also Sprint Burst counters the frenzy so much it's no surprise 3/4 of rank 1 survivors started to use it again (in my experience)) BUT there is a way to end chases somewhat quickly and easily. No I'm not talking about moonwalking, looking at the ground or trying to manipulate the chase mechanic in some other way... I tried different tactics but most of the times they were unreliable because the chase mechanic seems to work on its own and moonwalking makes you bump into stuff and loose them, but there is one that seems effective: stalking.
The core is exactly the same: interrupting the chase so the Deep Wound bar can deplete.
Doing it is very easy: you hit a survivor twice, but when they get the second sprint burst you don't keep moving forward as you would usually do. Instead you stop instantly as soon as you hit them and stalk them from afar as if you were Myers squeezing evil from them. This will make the chase stop almost instantly, and you can follow them or their tracks for about 10-15s (Bloodhound is very useful, but not necessary). After a while they will have to stop to mend, and at that time the timer will run out so they will kindly drop on the ground for you to pick them up or you can just smack them once more with the frenzy (to not get looped) to finish the job.
Obviously this won't magically make the Legion good or strong against competent survivors (make being injured be a threat, please!), but can help getting the hooks they struggle so much getting otherwise.
Bonus tip: during the frenzy you can do anything, from breaking a gen to picking up a survivor. I found this useful to apply Pop Goes The Wiesel on the go or to not give enough time to a survivor to make a flashlight/pallet save (you chase them a bit, then you frenzy back and pick up the survivor: they won't have the time to position themselves and will fail)
