Mori Rework Questions
A few interrogations that came to mind when I learnt about the possibly-coming-soon mori rework.
What does it mean for custom games ?
I'm not great at chasing, in both roles, so I took the habit to hop into a custom with a friend, the one playing survivor bringing CoH and Exponential, and just practicing chases together. That or other more technical stuff that requires a lot of tries to get the hang of things.
If the mori rework actually functions as it was presented a few months ago, downing the last survivor automatically triggers a mori (unlike for example Devour Hope where you get the option to pick up rather than kill). In 1v1 customs, the only survivor is also the last one, therefore mori-able on the first down. I feel like this will make practicing with a friend impractical, unless you bring in a 3rd person to circumvent the automatic mori.
Making the automatic mori an option that can be disabled in customs would be optimal in my opinion.
What does it mean for slugging ?
How will the automatic mori affect the much-favored killer trope of slugging the 3rd survivor to get the 4rth ?
Will killer have to go find the slug again, and be instantly able to mori them ? Or will they have to pick them up, let them wiggle out, and then down them again for the mori ? Will they not have the option to mori at all ?
Will it have the Tombstone Myers counter ?
Will hopping into a locker prevent the final mori ? Since the person is no longer downed but grabbed ?
On that note, will Wesker be able to mori if he downs the last survivor with his power (which grabs automatically) ?
Will it work on last survivor from 3Es ?
Will the mori have to be earned through kills, or will the last survivor to escape (three others already left) be instant-mori-able ?
What will happen to the Ivory/Ebony offerings ?
Will they be removed ? Compensated ? Still possible to use but not renewed in the blood web (like anniversary offerings) ?
Anyway, tons of questions on this mori rework !

Dunno about custom games.
Devs already said the last has to be standing when downed for it to count. Slug for 4K = the other has to get back up and then be downed again.
In game, being grabbed is treated as a down for all perks and score points and whatnot, so probably not.
It won’t matter if it’s 3E or 3K or any mix. The devs said last survivor in the trial is downed = Mori.
Dunno about the refund.
This is why we're getting the PTB, to get these questions answered.
