New Perk---Bloodlust

I was looking at Beast of Prey and I was wondering why it didn't just make Bloodlust pop up earlier so here is a perk that does.

Your lust for the kill fuels you, you gain Bloodlust immediatley after your first hit and Bloodlust stays for 6/8/10 seconds after ending a chase.

I know the Devs talked about Bloodlust and that there are no perks that effect Bloodlust but there Beast of Prey is effected by it, I think this would go perfectly with Beast of Prey or maybe even change it to this. I love that BOP gives you more points in Hunting but is it really worth it since you usally down them at that point? The bonus is almost unnoticeable so changing it to this would be cool or just creating this perk.
