The Ideal Selfcare (Rework Suggestion)
Selfcare should be back to 50% half the normal healing speed
However, Selfcare should ignore both negative and positive effects but only when selfcaring!
This would keep Circle of Healing and Selfcare still unique
After all, the reason selfcare got nerfed was because it was a problem with certain healing perks combined.
As for a secondary effect, it can get the item efficency bonus back. But thats rather optional ...
