Xbox One: Unknown error after every survivor match
This started approximately after the 6.2.0 patch and is still persisting.
After every single survivor match that I play, I get a grade progress error followed by an unknown error that throws me out of the lobby, back into the main menu. I cannot keep playing unless I restart the game as I cannot make a new lobby. The same thing does not happen when I play killer.
This is quite an inconvenience as having to restart the game constantly cuts off a lot of my gaming time.
Perhaps it is noteworthy that this happens when I play with a friend (PC). I have not tried solo queuing to see if the same thing happens.
