Reactive healing and wiretap

Reactive healing doesn't work most of time while near killer healing sometimes it actives most of the time it doesn't give any missing progression. Wiretap doesn't work with open handed, it stays 14 meters not 30 with open handed not sure if that's intended or not.

    Wiretap isn’t suppose to work with open handed I don’t think and yeah idk why they didn’t fix reactive healing it’s been bugged since the ptb

    Wiretap reads like kindred does, so it should stack I would think. If not no big deal but would be nice. Yeah reactive healing if it worked would be nice.
