Some Kate skins still don't have chest physics (Pc/ Steam)

I've noticed since the last patch that some outfits now have chest physics that previously didn't. The opposite is true for other skins. I don't have all the Kate skins because my heart still goes first and foremost to Min and Jeff. Maybe someone likes to add to my list.

Skins with chest physics that previously didn't:

DOWN HOME OUTFIT

DOLLY GUITAR

SUNSHINE QUEEN

FLOWER IN THE DARK

Skins that had chest physics and now don't:

ALL STANDARD SKINS

TOKYO HEADLINERS

Still no chest physics:

ALL BUTTON UP SHIRTS
