My cosmetics keep resetting

Its really frustrating. When I turn on the game all my cosmetics are gone off my survivors and killers. Then I put them all back on like I want them, it takes a while! Then I turn off the game after playing a few games and when I come back on next time then my cosmetics are all reset again!

I am on ps5.

edit: this started after i loaded up the ps4 version of dbd to get the new trophies on ps4 version. Then when I went back to ps5 version they were all reset and keep resetting when I load up the ps5 version.
