Unpopular opinion - Artist Lore
It WAS her fault her little brother died. Judging from the lore she left her brother who i assume cant swim next a big body of water. Expecting her abusive and heavily drunk father to look out for him.
"Her father found Carmina sobbing on the creek's shore" makes me think her father was not even NEAR the shore to begin with, can you really be "found" if you were truly in eye sight the whole time?
Not saying her father was not a total POS, but she had really bad judgement in that situation.
