Why the 40m radius for wesker tho?

    Because he can cover a huge distance with his power and suddenly be right on top of you. Unlike a killer like Oni or Blight, it happens all at once instead of gradually, and unlike Nurse he moves normally once he's finished traveling.

    I think nurse can cover same or more terrain and there u have a 32m radius, blight can cover nore terrain too.

    It's not about coverage but about how he could be out of terror radius and then suddenly he's right on top of you.
