PC - Instant Wiggle Out Bug

The instant wiggle out bug from 5 months ago is back. It is activated in the same way by following these steps:

1. Have the killer pick up a wiggling survivor
2. Have the killer hit and down a survivor just before the wiggling survivor escapes the killer's grasp
3. Pick up the downed survivor after the wiggling survivor escapes

This bug appears fairly consistent and seems to happen most times this situation appears. I think the wiggle out progress is transferring to the survivor being picked up.
