Is there a reason why the Nurse addon does not have the following effects ?

Dull Bracelet - Decreased the blink duration by 20%

    If I remember correctly, BHVR adjusted it to not mess up muscle memory sometime recently, but just never mentioned it.

    • Kavanaghs Last Breath - increased the blink duration by 30%
    • Heavy Panting - increased the blink duration by 20%
    • this keeps the speed the Nurse blinks at, a consistent speed with or without addons
