[Localization] New perks' name translation is SO weird!!

In PTB Korean version,

Translation of new perks is incorrect.

These 3 perk names sound TOOOOOOO weird to local Korean.

Please change it to these below suggestions

1. Reactive Healing

(Current) 치료 재활성화

(Suggestion) 반응적 치료

2. Low Profile

(Current) 낮은 관심

(Suggestion) 기도비닉 or 저자세

3. Better than New

(Current) 오래된 것이 낫다

(Suggestion) 새 것보다 낫다

4. Superior Anatomy

(Current) 상급 해부학

(Suggestion) 우월한 신체
