Do the speed buffs from these perks stack? Since now the buff to movement speed after unhooking is 10%, Guardian gives 7%. Then the speed after uncoupling for 8 seconds will be 4 * 1.17 = 4.68 m/s. Not bad))

They currently stack live. In fact you could with Guardian and No One Left Behind give a survivor 121% movement for 7 seconds.
