Successful Self Unhook Right before Transition to Phase 2 still allows Ebony Mori to work

Played vs a Freddy on Disturbed Ward map. Freddy waited for me to attempt to unhook myself before hooking final survivor. Attempted 1 Kobe few seconds prior to transition to Phase 2. Was Successful. Freddy downed me and was able to use his Ebony Mori still. Did not proceed to Phase 2, 1 Hashmark was shown for Hook progress. No Devour Hope or Rancor.
