Stealth pinhead build help?
Been experimenting with this addon.
Chatterer's Tooth is a Very Rare Summons of Pain Add-on . Buff: increased the Undetectable duration from 12 seconds to 25 seconds.
honestly its pretty good. 25 seconds of undetectable is not small. So ive tried to make a stealth build to compliment this utilizing tinkerer and other stealth based perks like plaything. But im kinda stuck. Don't really know what addon to run with it. And pure stealth doesn't give that punch for a build. So i thought id ask. What perks and addons would you use with chatterers tooth?
