he should have two different bottle stacks, i.e. 4 slow bottles and 4 speed bottles

no that makes him not op or what ever, according to me bhvr can change the more bottles addon, so clown doesn't have so many bottles

    Their response to this question was very simple.

    They have thought about this to give him a separate stack of bottles, but that would be complicated for the player.

    Although they could have test different possibilities with his bottles on the ptb, they choose not to and just go for 1 set of stack for both bottles combined
