Weird discrepancy with Repressed Alliance and Flashbang
Repressed Alliance activates after repairing a gen for 45 seconds. Flashbang activates after repairing a gen for 50% progress.
Since the time to repair a gen is 90 seconds, logically, both perks should activate after repairing a gen to half. But for some reason Repressed Alliance always activates first.
I have no idea why this happens. And I'm unsure if this is intended or an undocumented bug.
