PC - Head On Perk Indicator is Slightly Inaccurate

The Head On perk has a timer on it when in a locker to indicate when it is active, but it does not properly line up with when the perk is actually active.

  1. Get in a locker with Head On
  2. Use Head On as soon as the icon indicates it is available
