Can not redeem this months Prime

Issue: Can not redeem this months prime. Seems like I already own it, but that is not possible because as on prime gaming page it says:

"Every month, get exclusive in-game loot, free games, a free subscription on Twitch.tv, PLUS everything included with Amazon Prime."

and last time I checked exclusive means -

So I can not own something which is exclusive.

Please help.

Steps: Pay for Prime gaming, go claim your loot, copy the code, open game, go to store, redeem your code, get error message.

How often does it occur? Well everytime I try to redeem this month code. No matter how hard I try, nothing works.
