This might seems silly... but I've noticed that if you start the unhooking action then the timer gets paused... so that means if a survivor wants to annoy you, the only way to stop it, it's with a DC.

    Well the more likely scenario is the killer will hit or chase the survivor doing this off. But yeah, if the killer is afk or not around or whatever then a survivor could hypothetically do this a bunch. If it continued too long you could even record it and report it as griefing (it would have to be a really long time though probably for them to consider it bannable.)

    Yes, not saying it happended to me... just saying that it crossed my mind.

    Yeah... survivors did this to me when I was on second stage so it was kind of sickening watching the camera snap a bunch of times because of the entity animation. Literally couldn't do anything about it until the killer finally came back to the hook and downed them and hooked them.
