Devs, have you tempered with servers?
I have excellent ping of 40 ms. I live in Canada, Ottawa.
I get hit through Dead Hard like 66% of the time. I press the button just in time, the animation starts - I still go down. The game feels extremely frustrating.
On the Killer side, I hear screams, but they still get Endurance. #########
