Does anybody know how Legion's Feral Frenzy works with on hit perks?

I've gotten mixed messages about whether or not feral frenzy attacks proc on hit perks. Can anybody verify whether it works with them? Or how it interacts specifically with different on hit perks?

    His Frenzy gives tokens to STBFL and Remember Me, it applies Third Seal, and makes survivors drop their items with Franklin's. It also causes Mangled and Hemorrhage due to Sloppy Butcher. It does NOT apply insta-down hits due to Exposed perks, however.

    And this is why nerfs like the one to Wake Up and Snap Out Of It are dumb.

    Many killer powers interact with perks.
