Dead Hard Activates Endurance Around Frame 8

Dead Hard dose the animation when used but dose not become active for about 7 frames after the animation starts.

The endurance and exhaustion well also not proc till the 8th frame of the animations

So within the first 7 frames you can be downed even if time correctly.
