DS bug, Mastermind
PTB When Mastermind uses his power and it results in a down and carry it won't activate Decisive Strike.
Step 1: Be hooked and unhooked to activate DS
Step 2: Have the Mastermind bash you into a wall with his power while injured so that he carries you immediately.
Step 3: No DS skillchecks or any skill checks at all for the duration of the carry.

Good luck fixing this bug, overall killer is fun to fight, except for some kinks you got to work out.
