How Many Games Have You Lost From Optimization/Lag?

Optimization has always been bad on account of BHVR's incompetence, but recently I am having at least one enormous lag spike pretty much every game, before returning to 60fps. Love getting hit or losing a chase because my screen gets stuck for 5 seconds.

Today one killer from denmark suffered from rubberbanding (he disconnected mid game) and one killer from hungary had epic lag spikes but won anyways.
