The pain resonance + dead man nerf is actually a buff
I used this combo a few rounds again and noticed something. It's weirdly enough stronger then before even tho it got "nerfed"
In the past I had often the situation that I hooked someone, chased someone and downed him. When I hooked them dead man had still 2-8 seconds left and because of that I got no use out of the hook.
But now since the timer is reduced...it's stronger for good killers. A blight and nurse is easily in the time in a new chase and downs someone. Every good killer has now more use out of it.
So...thanks I guess for the buff?

yea if you get down fast it is a buff.
If you're getting hooks in less than 45 seconds the survivors would probably lose with you playing perkless anyway.
