Doctor's "Discipline" addons state in the description when a survivor is in tier 2/3 madness, they are afflicted with an illusionary terror radius and illusionary red stain that act as if the killer was right next to them

on patch 6.1.2, "Discipline" addons' illusionary terror radius doesn't seem to be working and only provides illusionary red stain
