A idea i came up with for buffing the Basekit BT

I am of the opinion that the BT we now have as basekit doesn't do enough to discourage tunnelling, the most common buff I've seen suggested to it is to simply increase it's duration, however, i don't think that's enough, so rather then just doing that, i suggest this

  1. Increase the Endurance effect to 8 seconds and the Haste effect to 10 seconds, and adjust the numbers on BT accordingly
  2. Increase the Haste's effect so that the survivor outruns the killer by 2 or 3% (i.e, make them run at either 117% or 118%)
  3. Remove the ability to get a STBFL stack from a Endurance hit, not only would this be a buff to basekit BT, it would be a buff to all Endurance perks, thus making them better while also not rewarding the killer for triggering them

The current BT doesn't discourage tunnelling very much because the survivor is both only under its effect for a pitiful amount of time (i have checked, it's barely enough to get out of the basement), and because they become completely defenceless even after it activates, and there's nothing stopping the killer from just chasing them normally, with the increased duration and stronger haste effect, the killer is punished for tunnelling, since the survivor outruns them

I will admit, i haven't thought of every single implication that the speed boost has, but i think that this would be a good change, since it makes the basekit BT actually useful and makes tunnelling a lot harder
