Is 40,000 bloodpoints the cap?

Just played a game where one of the survivors got 45,000 bloodpoints. I snowballed quickly, two of the survivors gave up. The last one got hatch and the end screen shows 45,000. I thought bloodpoints were capped at 10,000 at each category. Can anyone explain this. I don't see how this person could have even gotten 10,000 in each category with how short the match was.

    Wow. Just looked up a video. If I had known that it gave 25,000 bloodpoints I would have done that when I was doing the challenge.
