Endurance effects

I played killer an hour or so ago and the survivor stacked her endurance effects with metal of man and dead hard and I hit her twice when she was already injured dead hard animation never played am I missing something? Are you allowing stackable endurance effects again

    Mettle of man isn't endurance.

    Pretty sure I read that Mettle isn't considered an endurance effect.
