Why is double range nurse still a thing?

In their current form, they are too strong. But range addons wouldn't be so bad, if they let all the other aspects of her power consistent, which means, that she would need to charge longer and take more time to travel those high ranges. If I remember correctly the first part is what they adressed back with the rework but the second one currently isn't. And that's a huge problem, because they mess with blink speed on all ranges right now.
