Does anyone know where you can find this

toxik_survivor

I was looking for this background (the fog and black rectangle without the words) and I can't find it anyway, not even in the wiki. Does anyone know where to find these perk background animations. (Doesn't have to be animated)

duygu

i think it's a sprite, so if you look in the game files you might be able to find it
