XB1 - Left the match after it was over, but pulled back into the match from the load screen

The match ended.

I left the match.

I was in the load screen for 30 to 40 seconds before being pulled back into the match just for the game to tell me that I have been disconnected from the host.

Then I have to leave the match again and sit through another load screen.

This has happened 3 more times since posting this. I have reported this a while back, too, but it seems to be far more common now.
