No, a new rift will only come out shortly after the midchapter update - which is maybe in two weeks from now.
There is usually a short break between a rift closing and a new one opening - they do teasers on their social media for upcoming rifts/battlepasses and let you know their release dates, so keep an eye out on things like their twitter.
