Why have we stopped receiving green rarity outfits for new OG characters?

I've noticed we've stopped getting green rarity skins somewhere since Artist's/Dredge's release.

Now we get very-rare outfit and a bunch of lame recolours, but no actual different outfits of rare quality.

Please don't tell me we're getting Prime skins at expense of store outfits.

Sorry but it looks like that's the case. June is rare Haddie outift and July is very likely to be rare Dredge outfit.
