Badham Preschool Rites of Judgement in House of Pain Minor Bug
There appears to be a very minor inconsistency with using Pyramid Head's Judgment of the Damned special attack in Badham Preschool's House of Pain (the one with a basement). See the video below.
Our theory in testing was that there's some collision in the roof of the basement (the part with all the lockers) that is pushing up the attack to a level that the killer can hit those within, as a few of the visual effects from the attack are visible when doing it from that angle. As you can see, from the ground outside by the door - and all other angles we tested on all other sides of the house - Pyramid Head's trails don't hit, yet in that spot they do.
