Why not just unlock all perks on the PTB?

Is there any reason we can't do that? or is it that janky that we can't do it without accidentally giving everything to everyone on the live servers as well?


Idk just feels right to have access to everything in the PTB so we can actually ya know... test things.

    I mean it's literally just prestiging and you get the perks, they can test that at their own time because it's not like a player is required to test that. The perks themselves need players to test.


    Having people grind games to try and get perks in the PTB when they are there to just test perks is awkward
