Can you block all gen when two gen are fix in same time

I mean, Two generators are done at the same time and they can be repaired completely at the same time which makes a little bit unfair with the killer but when three generators are repaired At the same time it is totally unfair and impossible to play against, my idea is to block all the generators at a certain level when two generators are almost finished repaired

    You could run Deadlock, when a gen finishes it blocks the gen that has the most progress for 20/25/30 seconds and shows you the aura of the blocked gen.
