Breakpoint Of Unlocked Perks To Prestige And 'Unlock' A Killer?

Has anyone seen anything from the devs on this.

Do we need all the perks unlocked?

All perks unlocked at level 3?

3/4 of the perks unlocked?

Sort of important to know right now with the event going.

    So basically, if you have enough perks unlocked on a killer when the prestige changes come in, you automatically get prestige, which means all that killer's perks are permanently unlocked on all other killers.

    Yeah so they said it has something to do with the amount of teachables/perks you have on that character bc it's meant to be a catchup system right

    I've heard that you should have on average 60 perk tiers by level 50. So 180 perk tiers aught to do it.
