What about stridor? Will it affect it?

if someone’s running tier3 stridor, would the 75% decrease to 25% ?

not taking into account being exhausted, as that removes the perk’s effects until exhaustion goes away.

Also, will stridor make survivors 150% louder if they’re exhausted and have iron will?
