Big problem for me in killer and in survivor

So when I play killer all survivor are a team swf ttv high level toxic but when I play survivor solo my team is a baby team the killer tunel camp and very strong. So for me it's impossible to win in the both side for me, how you can put my MMR to zero ? Thanks
