A Bit Confused About Unlocking Prestige By Unlocking Perks...Anyone?

Okay.

I've got Myers completely maxed out - he has all the perks in the game. So I'll have his perks unlocked at T3 for everyone.

But let's say I've got Onryo with 2/3 of the perks in the game. Does that give me P1, so level 1 CoB for everyone, or is that enough for p2? P3?

Does anyone know the breakpoints on this? Just want to know where to stuff my BP before the changes.

    Just posted about the same thing, I'd love to know what the conversion rate is so that if I'm like two perks off of getting a prestige level I don't miss out.
