Event envelopes are still actively avoiding you

I was searching for the stand with the envelope for whole ass game,

I only found it at the beginning,

in shack, and before I could claim it, it disappeared right in front of my ######### face,

than I chased nurse for 12 extended hours, than I died on hook typing title to this discussion,

this thing happened to me in previous anniversary events as well,

can the ######### stand NOT disappear RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE.
