I miss perk buffs

I know were getting a 40 perk rework but these patches have been getting bare bones cant we just buff some weak perks in the meantime?

    Well you're probably getting those 40 perks reworked in the midchapter so you just gotta wait

    Perk changes typically happen in the mid chapter patches and go to the PTB first. The patches like we had today are just simple bug fixes.
